Tosin Otuniyi
Network and Security Architect
Tosin brings 20 years of hands-on experience commissioning and decommissioning network, security and wider IT infrastructure. His technical background enables Compritech to approach IT asset disposition with engineer-led precision—combining secure logistics with the understanding needed to determine the right outcome for every asset.
CO-FOUNDER
Leon Henry
Technology and Operations Leader
With nearly 25 years of experience in technology, Leon brings extensive hands-on technical, operational and leadership expertise to Compritech. His career spans network engineering and architecture, technical support and operations leadership—providing a comprehensive understanding of technology across its entire lifecycle.
Leon has held senior roles with globally recognised technology, telecommunications and SaaS organisations, including TalkTalk, 8x8 and Zoom. He has led technical teams, managed complex technology environments and delivered large-scale transformation and operational programmes.
His experience also includes supporting major technology projects and environments associated with BT, the Ministry of Defence, NATO and regional councils.
As Co-Founder of Compritech, Leon is applying that experience to IT asset disposition and technology recovery—helping organisations securely recover, reuse, remarket, recycle or responsibly dispose of their IT and network equipment.
Decades of technology experience—now focused on recovering value from the technology organisations no longer need.
